Curious by nature, intentional by design.

I didn't originally enter the insurance industry with a clear roadmap, but I quickly discovered something that genuinely fascinated me: understanding the thinking behind decisions. What started as learning policy language and helping customers navigate questions gradually turned into a deeper curiosity about how coverage structures, risk considerations, and operational decisions shape real outcomes.

Throughout my experiences, I found myself naturally drawn toward understanding the bigger picture. I enjoy taking complex information, finding patterns within it, and turning it into something meaningful and actionable. Along the way, I've developed strengths in analytical thinking, problem solving, communication, and building relationships with the people around me.

I've also learned that growth rarely happens in isolation. Some of my most meaningful experiences have come from mentoring others, collaborating across teams, and learning from people with different perspectives. I value environments that encourage curiosity, thoughtful decision making, and continuous improvement because I believe the best outcomes come from both strong ideas and strong relationships.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through spin classes, Pilates, and wellness focused routines, and I value opportunities that build community and connection. Whether through choir, ministry involvement, or simply appreciating small moments of gratitude, I try to bring intentionality into both my personal and professional life.
